Open Days 2019
our open day has been postponed, we will adveritse when we have a new date

Come along for a look around our garden, smallholding and nursery. We have both ornamental and productive elements to the site. It is still very much a work in progress and we have a yard polyculture, forest garden, vegetable garden, polytunnel full of tomatoes, ornamental borders and a flowery meadow to see. There will also be a chance for a Q&A and plant identification if you have any burning questions. Free Entry

10.30      Beautiful Borders (Talk in the classroom with pictures)
11am      Tour of the site concentrating on ornamental aspects
               (lasts about an hour)

1pm        Permaculture design and polycultures
               (Talk in the classroom with pictures)
1.30pm   Tour of the site concentrating on permaculture, forest
               gardening and organic vegetable garden

We will have tea/coffee, cold drinks and home made cakes available, all organic, and our plant nursery will be open too, we look forward to seeing you on the day.

There is no cafe nearby but feel free to bring a picnic if you want to stay for lunch

This is a child friendly event and weather dependent we will have a craft area in the yard.
